OPAL Build’s revolutionary all-wood building shell system tops the industry in speed, scalability, performance, and carbon sequestering sustainability. Developed following Passive House principals and precision-prefabricated in our-zero waste facility, the OPAL Build shell incorporates factory-cut Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and wood fiber insulation. We don’t just deliver a prefabricated building structure, we deliver a complete, above-grade structural / thermal / moisture enclosure solution with our prefabricated roof, wall and floor systems.

Reducing labor and length of build time by 50% through precision manufacturing reduces project costs and risk. Starting with a full digital twin computer model, each project is CNC fabricated with precision tools. The full scope of the thermal / moisture system is assembled in our factory and then shipped to the site, and installed and dried-in onsite in a matter of days, avoiding project staging and reducing construction complexity.
