Construction Foreman

We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman to join our traveling build team. This position will oversee and participate in the onsite execution of remote projects. Project types range from shell-only projects to full CM service projects.

Candidate must be based in Maine and have a valid driver's license. Position requires travel throughout New England, project dependent. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, consultants, clients, architects; working with in-house carpentry team as a member of the crew for installations, assembly, and other work as needed. Building construction experience and an ability to read blueprints is required.

Salary offered starting at $70,000/yr, negotiable based on experience, and a $500 signing bonus.
